Meet Daphne Rice-Bruce

Pastor Daphne, as most affectionately call her, is oldest daughter of Apostles Lee and Doris Rice. She is wife to Alex Bruce and a mother of two, Darrion and Kerrington.

She was ordained as an Evangelist in 2012 and served Apostles Lee and Doris as her Pastors, faithfully and without regret.

March 17, 2019 is marked as the day that Pastor Daphne’s life changed forever.  On this day, Apostle Doris Rice went home to be with the Lord, and Pastor Daphne was immediately entrusted with the mantle as Senior Pastor of Victory Christian Outreach Church.

Pastor Daphne has traveled the world, ministering in song through Praise and Worship, and has been blessed to preach the Word of God throughout this nation. However, serving as the Senior Pastor of Victory Christian Outreach church has become the greatest honor of her life.

Pastor Daphne has embraced God’s perfect will for her life. She made the decision to minister hope to those who have given up; to access the anointing that rests upon her life; and to invoke an atmosphere through praise and worship where the broken can be completely restored - no matter the cost.​
