Pastor Daphne, as most affectionately call her, is oldest daughter of Apostles Lee and Doris Rice. She is wife to Alex Bruce and a mother of two, Darrion and Kerrington. Ordained as an Evangelist in 2012, Pastor Daphne served Apostles Lee and Doris Rice as her Pastors, faithfully and without regret. In 2019, after Apostle Doris Rice went home to be with The Lord, Pastor Daphne has embraced God’s perfect will for her life. Immediately thrust into the position of Senior Pastor of Victory Christian Outreach Church, she made the decision to minister hope to those who have given up; to access the anointing that rests upon her life; and to invoke an atmosphere through praise and worship where the broken can be completely restored - no matter the cost.
